In the early 90's he was a film test facility for Kodak. He has also had technical articles published in an industry photographic trade magazine.

Douglas is a multi-faceted individual that feels equally comfortable outside working on construction projects as he does being inside, behind his computer, developing interactive software systems for online clients and partners. His educational background includes a degree in Computer Science/Data Processing, with a minor in Accounting.
As the Vice-President in charge of Systems Design for a company in Tampa, FL, Douglas oversaw software systems design for over 9 years. Some of the more prominent clients during that time frame were Ford Motor Credit Company, All-Pro Auto Parts, and Napa Auto Parts. Projects ranged from complete accounting systems to Point of Sale and Inventory control.
While remaining current in the fast changing internet industry, Douglas found that he had a flair for building which quickly blossomed into a second career in the building industry. Within a short period of time he was designing and building impressive decks for clients throughout Florida, and Alabama. His time is now spent doing both systems design and deck design.
